A mother and son were yesterday accused of employing a child to sell liquor at a bar.
Suzan Henry and Yaray Bowen found themselves before Chief Magistrate Priya-Sewnarine-Beharry, in Georgetown, charged with employing a child to sell alcohol at Suzan’s Grill and Bar between March 22 and March 28.
There was no objection to bail by Police Prosecutor Bharat Mangru and the magistrate set bail at $75,000 each. Their next court date is April 20.
