Let us salute the West Indian T20 heroes but also the Guyanese Chairman of the selectors Clive ‘Super Cat’ Lloyd. He has now served Caribbean cricket for half a century with great distinction.
Members of the UK diaspora will have the chance to do so in person on May 9th at Kings College London, when as part of the Guyana Gold 2016 celebrations we will host an evening celebrating Guyanese cricket with Clive, Mike Atherton (one of the finest cricket writers of his generation and one with strong Guyanese connections) and Professor Clem Seecharan.
