Dear Editor,
Walter Willis’s memorial will be the many buildings and projects he supervised so well in Guyana from the stadium to the airport and many others.
In the flesh, he was very much larger than life. Guyana will miss him as will my alter ego ‘Bill Cotton/Reform’ who sometimes had fun at his seeming expense.
We remained friends.
