Queen St man stabbed

A man is currently in police custody assisting with investigations over the stabbing of his neighbour yesterday.

Stabroek News understands that Wenford Coleridge, 28, self-employed of Queen Street, Georgetown, was stabbed three times in his temple, neck and abdomen. He is a patient at the Georgetown Public Hospital receiving medical attention.

According to his aunt Tracy (only name given), Coleridge was at home watching television when he was confronted by his neighbour. She went on to say that seconds later they saw Coleridge falling to the ground in front of his yard.
