Police Constable Amir Mohammed, attached to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) as a crime scene photographer, testified on Monday about taking pictures of two points of impact on the Eccles roadway where the accident occurred.

Three pictures taken by Mohammed were later entered into evidence by trial magistrate Leron Daly.

Mohammed was then cross-examined by Cole’s attorney, who, prior to Mohammed’s testimony, questioned Traffic Officer Ronald Payne, who also testified.

The matter was subsequently adjourned to September 15.
