The Guyana Football Federation (GFF) is the process of launching its youth academy and developmental programme for all nine member associations.
According to an official release from the entity, the program which is scheduled to officially launch today, commenced following consultation with the East Demerara Football Association (EDFA) executive committee on January 27th.
The academy will be built around a network of trained Technical Development Officers (TDO), who will be dispersed in each region. Their objective will be identify and nurture talented male and female players for the national programme in a coordinated manner.
