Sisters injured in McDoom crash discharged from hospital

The two sisters who sustained injuries following Sunday evening’s two-vehicle collision on the public road at McDoom were discharged from the hospital.

While the extent of their injuries remains unknown, Stabroek News was told that the women who were identified as Shania Jagrup and Annalisa Jagrup were admitted to the Georgetown Public Hospital following the incident.

However they were sent home on Sunday evening and yesterday morning respectively, after receiving medical attention.

Reports gathered by this newspaper had indicated that around 10.15 pm on Sunday, motorcar PRR 7425 in which the Jagrups were travelling was in the process of navigating a turn at McDoom when another car, PMM 6675, collided with it.
