Masked bandits on Wednesday night murdered a Guyanese national after invading his home in Orange Valley, Antigua.
The Antigua Observer said on Thursday that the man, William Stewart, 43 of Darkwood, Orange Valley was reportedly bound and shot multiple times in the torso.
“According to the police, when officers and paramedics were called to the scene, Stewart was already dead,” the Observer said.
A woman and a child, who were also in the Darkwood home with Stewart escaped injury the Antigua Observer said.
Meanwhile, the President’s College (PC) Alumni group on its Facebook page extended deep sympathy to his family, friends and PC batch mates.
