Timehri Panthers in 12-1 rout of Diamond United

Timehri Panthers, Friendship and Grove Hi-Tech all won their matches  when the Frank Watson Memorial U15 Football League continued yesterday at the Timehri ground.

The home side crushed Diamond United 12-1. Ishmael Palsuram led the rout with five goals in the 21st, 31st, 42nd, 50th and 53rd minute while Neron Barrow added a hat-trick in the 34th, 37th and 49th minute.

Chipping in with a double in the sixth and 23rd minute was Prince Ford, while Patrick Pour and Teron Lovell added goals in the 47th and 54th minute each. For the loser, Shane Barker netted in the 35th minute.

Mocha Champs edged Friendship 2-1. Johance Porter and Jermin Harry scored in the 33rd and 50th minute apiece. Marlon Dey was on target in the loss in the 55thminute.

Similarly, Grove Hi-Tech needled Soesdyke 1-0. Devon Padmore scored in the 20th minute. Also, Kuru-Kururu and Diamond Upsetters battled to a 2-2 draw.

Jamal Thom and Isaiah Henriques scored in the 27th and 43rd minute respectively. For Kuru-Kururu, Jeron Fredericks and Collis Charles scored in the 12h and 56thminute apiece.

Over in the Upper Demerara zone at the Wisburg Secondary School ground, Linden, Botofago dispatched Hi-Stars 4-0.

Tyrell Lewis scored in the 11th and 20th minute, while Adrian Samuels and Malachi Todd netted in the 46th and 53rd minute apiece.
