GTT recognises longstanding customers as part of 28th anniversary celebrations

Twenty-eight lucky GTT customers on Monday were treated with customer appreciation packages for their support to the company’s services over the past 28 years.

The randomly selected customers also received cake and $2,800 dollars in credit by GTT.

Presenting the packages to the lucky customers was Vice President for Customer Experience at GTT, Orson Ferguson, who told the customers, “I was extremely excited and privileged to have the opportunity to spend time with so many of our loyal customers to celebrate our 28th anniversary. Having a chance to speak with customers is always something that I value because they provide so much feedback; and I am reminded of why I come to work every day and that is to deliver quality products and services to our customers.”

Ferguson added, “GTT has a lot of exciting services in store for our customers and over the next few years, we will be delivering some revolutionary products that will significantly improve customer’s quality of life. Our best years are ahead of us and we look forward to your continued support.”

According to a GTT press release, all of the recipients expressed gratitude to GTT for supplying them with telecommunication services over the years.

Customer Martin Moore, a GTT      subscriber with mobile, blaze internet and landline services, said he is appreciative for the services GTT has provided him and family over time.

Sharing the same view was GTT longstanding customer, Enid Brotherson, who also commended GTT’s newly implemented Self-Service portal and stated that she uses the landline, mobile and Blaze services without any real problems.

Customer Peter Denny, a consumer of GTT’s landline services from the very beginning, and recently through his new smartphone, said he has watched the company transform over the years. He foresees the company developing further this year and at a faster pace with the new advancement in technologies around the world.

Chief Executive Officer of GTT, Justin Nedd, who has ten years of service with the company was quoted as saying, “January is a great time to celebrate another year; it’s the first month of the year which sets the tone for all that is to come. In this, GTT’s 28th year, customers can anticipate great things from the DO MORE Company.”

GTT release also stated that currently, the ‘Do More’ company has a daily trivia game on its social media pages, which allows lucky customers to win $2,800 in mobile top up. GTT will continue its customer appreciation with special deals on smartphones in stores countrywide.

On January 28, GTT’s celebrations will climax with its Chief Blaze Ambassador, Timeka Marshall appearing in stores where random customers will be presented with prizes throughout the day as a show of the company’s appreciation.
