Dear Editor,
I am truly grateful for the statements issued by the United Nations Resident Representative Mikiko Tanaka, and the European Union regarding the importance of all stakeholders respecting the tenets of the constitution, and the decisions of the Chief Justice.
I trust that the ABC countries, as well as the Caribbean Community, will join these respected outfits in condemning the wanton disregard of the constitution on which our democracy and rule of law stand. Indeed, all stakeholders should respect the stated parameters and hold elections as stipulated by the constitution.
