Dear Editor,
Nearly a century ago in 1921, Lenin told his people that to get to communism the whole of the Soviet Union needed electric power.
Today in 2019, fifty-three years after Independence, which Guyanese Leader will promise this nation uninterrupted electrical power to lead them to democracy and some light?
The constant blackouts beggar belief!!
