Gov’t should offer Roger Khan immunity in return for testimony

Dear Editor,

As Roger Khan prepares to return to Guyana after serving time in prison, I propose that the government offer him immunity from prosecution in exchange for the latter’s testimony at a Commission of Inquiry.

The compromise will be a way of getting valuable information Khan might have.

I think  he has information that is probably pertinent to the phantom death squad and would be nice to hear. His testimony will help the country to move forward from the wave of killings during that period.

Yours faithfully,
