Discussing my ‘three line letters’ with some distinguished Guyanese in London last week, they seemed to be hitting the spot.
So…
‘Granger takes one small step for Gecom but one huge step for Guyana in naming Claudette Singh as Gecom Chair’. Now for the second and third steps to obey the CCJ rulings and put the country back on a righteous path. No decoding needed there, surely?
