It was officially handed over yesterday. According to the Department of Public Information (DPI), Pastor Shawn Wilson told the simple ribbon-cutting ceremony that the church was pleased to make the donation. “As a church, we are not only concerned about peoples’ spiritual needs but also their physical. We would have seen the need for this shed, and it took us only half of a day to complete this project… we also wanted to finish this shed so that the seniors can be comfortable when they come to uplift their pensions,” Pastor Adams said. Deputy Postmaster General Anastasia Jessemy-Lynch, who was also present, commended Pastor Adams and his parishioners for their contribution. (DPI photo)Comments
