The Seminar is part of an extended celebration of NAMILCO’s 50th anniversary of what the company in a media release says has been “quality service to Guyana.”

This activity will attract some 130 persons drawn from bakeries, fast food outlets, hotel and service providers as well as caterers.

The company says that its initiative which seeks to further raise standards in the baking industry in Guyana is focused both on affording Guyanese access to higher quality baked products as well as to take account of the higher standards that will be expected of Guyana against the backdrop of new markets that will emerge out of “the rapidly developing oil industry.”
