Dear Editor,
Again we have a much touted engineering project failing – it reminds me of the Charity Wharf floating away. The Kitty Roundabout is failing on the northern portion due to poor construction.
When are we going to ensure that Guyana gets a fair bang for its dollar?
We should start sanctioning these contractors who continue to delivery poor quality work. Is there a liquidated damages period? Is there any post analysis by the tender board?
We should name and shame these contractors.
