Dear Editor,
It must be queried, in the matter of the hush-hush and secret review, which was never made public until now, of a two decades old decision by a former government agency, involving two former employees, was the matter not referred to the court system, where others have had to go for perceived injustice?
Is this a case of Animal Farm?
