A young man was fined on Friday for stealing two bicycles.
Kurt Roberts admitted to the charge that on November 2nd, at Church Street, he stole two bicycles, valued $32,000, from Adrianna Henriques.
The court heard that on the day in question, the young man was trying to make a “hustle” when he saw the bicycles parked by a roadside and stole them.
Senior Magistrate Leron Daly fined him $40,000, with an alternative of six months in prison if he cannot pay the fine.
