Dear Editor,
I visited the Commissioner of Information Justice Ramson – a childhood friend -several times in his East Street office in my recent visit to Guyana.
He always appeared to be very busy on official freedom of information business.
Justice Ramson performs a useful constitutional function.
I hope he continues in the post for a while to come.
