Former Army Chief of Staff and potential PPP/C Prime Ministerial Candidate. retired Brigadier Mark Phillips says that the current controversial house to house registration is a violation of this country’s constitution and in contravention of the CCJ’s ruling and consequential orders.
“To conduct House to House Registration is a violation of our Constitution, and is contrary to the CCJ ruling and its Consequential Order,” Phillips said in a Facebook post last Saturday.
