The Guyana Theological Training Institute Class of 2019 successfully graduated from the institution’s two campuses last month.
On Sunday, February 16, a graduation ceremony was held for a total of 52 from the Georgetown Campus of the institute and 39 graduates from the Berbice Campus.
The institute trains men and women in theology in order to fulfil a mission to spread the word of God.
A representative from the institute, Hemchand Karanchand, said that the theological teachings that are provided at the institution have been beneficial for many students. He also said that the testimonies from students who graduate are many and also positive.
The 2019 valedictorian was Dian Braithwaite.
