The welfare of our country should be the primary purpose of the leadership of Guyana. Personal gain, seeking to be treated with importance and seeking the luxuries of political office is sadly the way of life of most politicians. The time must come when Guyana is led by persons whose sole purpose is the building of a beautiful country that will be a delight for all Guyanese to live in and to prosper.
