The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) holds a virtual special meeting, today “to consider the state of the electoral process in Guyana”, at the request of the Secretary General, Luis Almagro.
The meeting is being broadcast live – with interpretation in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese- on the OAS Website and the OAS Facebook page and the OAS YouTube page.
