Carlsen evens up score with Nakamura

World Chess champion Magnus Carlsen evened up his best of seven sets Magnus Carlsen Tour final with a three and one half to one and one half points win over Hikaru Nakamura in set two on Sunday.

Carlsen, who lost the opening set by one and half points to two and one half for Nakamura, evened the score with a three and one half to two and one half points win in the second set.

Nakamura won the first game of the second set but offered draws in his two other games with the white pieces while Carlsen won the third game.

The Magnus Carlsen Tour has a prize of US$140,000.
