Residents of Subryanville object to any offices, commercial activity in neighbourhood

Dear Editor,

It has come to my attention that the attached photographed building situated in Fourth Avenue, Subryanville is being advertised on social media as executive office space for rental. From its inception Subryanville was created as a residential area. I am penning this letter to make it “pellucidly clear” to any prospective tenant or buyer that the residents of Subryanville, which has a very active network, object to any offices and/or commercial activity within our residential neighbourhood. This property in particular has had a history of commercial rentals including government commissions which were at the receiving end of our activism and have since moved on. A mere search in the Deeds Registry will indicate if and when covenants were omitted from any transports.

Yours faithfully,

Elizabeth Deane-Hughes
