The Central Corentyne Chamber of Commerce held its 15th Annual General Meeting on March 24, 2021 at which a new Executive Body was elected to serve for the fiscal year 2021-2022.
A release from the Chamber said that Tajpaul Adjodhea is the new President. He takes over from Mohamed Raffik.
The result of the election are as follows: –

Mark Sookhai – Vice President ( Partner, M. Sookhai & Co.)
Bibi Azeez – Secretary,( Proprietor, Bibi Travel Service)
Noel Sookhai – Treasurer ( Operations Manager, Sookhai & Co., Main St., New Amsterdam)
Anand Matadeen- Assistant Secretary, Matadeen’s Training, Belvedere Road)
Imran Hamid – Assistant Tresaurer, (Proprietor, Imran & Son , Imran & Daughters General Store, Rose Hall Town)
