The Ministry of Health says that four more persons who tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) died today. This takes the total number of deaths from the pandemic to 235.
The latest fatalities are two women, one 91-year-old from Region Four (Demerara-Mahaica) and another 84-year-old from Region 10 (Upper Demerara- Berbice) and two men one 62 year-old from Region Three (Essequibo Islands-West Demerara) and another 45- year-old from Region Four .
All four died while receiving care at the ministry’s medical facility.
