Dear Editor,
In this the twenty-first century it is incomprehensible but not unbelievable that business, the magnitude of an oil shipment, is being conducted allegedly via oral undertaking. In the world of business these transactions are documented, with a paper trail, as evidence, not orally, as was seemingly the case in this matter. So now a ship load of fuel is sitting in the waters while the allegedly intended beneficiary is denying its involvement. What a tangled web….
