The opposition is thwarting the work of GECOM

Dear Editor,

As the opposition continues in its mission to thwart the work of GECOM. It was allegedly posited by one of its commissioners, in the matter of the motions brought against the electoral fraud trio that a “neutral tribunal” could be set up probably by an Order which would state mandate, composition and procedure (DemeraraWaves July 20). Sounds familiar? An Order was established in the recount of votes, which was agreed upon and which was later challenged in the courts. Are we going down that road again? Hell no!

Sincerely,

Shamshun Mohamed
