The NIS today said it was doing emergency electrical works at its Brickdam head office and services have been temporarily interrupted.
A statement by the NIS follows:
Please be advised that due to recent fire threats at the National Insurance Scheme’s Head Office located at Brickdam and Winterplace Georgetown, emergency electrical works are currently in process and will temporarily interrupt our services.
Persons wishing to encash their vouchers can do so at our Office located at Camp and Bent streets.
Persons wishing to apply for Compliance Certificate can make payments at our Camp Street Office.
NIS thanks you for your understanding regrets any inconvenience caused.
