The President has had a busy time in the UK in the last few days. First his address to the COP in Glasgow on Monday followed by a four-minute prime time interview covering COP and the LCDS on the network Channel Four News on Tuesday night then on Wednesday to London to Stanley Gibbons, the world’s premier stamp dealer, for a private view of the British Guiana 1856 Magenta, the world’s most expensive stamp at over £6m, with UK based lawyer Sally Gibson who had arranged the visit. En passant they discovered that they shared common ECD ancestry. Tomorrow, the cream of the UK diaspora will have their own private view before the stamp goes on general display on November 8th. Life never stops if you are the president of an emerging oil economy.
