Kurt Beaton, 62, a contractor of Lot 1 Reliance Village, Region Two was today charged with the murder of Indira Lall, 52, of Affiance in the same region.
He was not required to plead when he made his first appearance before Magistrate Esther Sam at the Charity Magistrate’s Court.
The charge stated that on November 15, in the vicinity of Anna Regina he murdered Lall, a security guard who was attached to C.V Nunes Primary School.
A post-mortem report showed that Lall had been strangled.
