Dear Editor,
I don’t think that the democratically-elected PPP/C Government of President Irfaan Ali understands that it has sidelined the unions in awarding a 7% pay raise to public servants.
The Government needs to go back to the negotiating table to see what the unions are proposing even when the unions are politically-aligned.
