Last Saturday, year, the local operations of the Trinidad and Tobago company Ramps Logistics, entered into the traditional spirit of the typical Guyanese Christmas, staging its Kids Christmas Motorcade  that allowed for the distribution of seasonal gifts to two hundred and forty five (245) children  resident at the the St. Ann’s Girls Home, Joshua House Children Centre, Shaheeds Boys and Girls Home, Sophia Care Centre, St. Johns Bosco Home, Bless the Children Home, and the Hope Children’s Home.

The company said in a release seen by the Stabroek Business that its Christmas Motorcade “travelled from Brickdam to Enmore” describing the experience as “euphoric” even as the statement emphasized that its “fully vaccinate” volunteers conducted the exercise with the prevailing covid-19 restrictions.

Romps Logistics is one of several expatriate that has been offering specialized services to Guyana in the wake of the country’s ongoing preparations to assume some of the onerous responsibilities associated with its emerging oil and gas industry.
