Around 800 house lots allocated on East Bank

Around 800 persons were expected to become landowners on Friday during the CH&PA’s first ‘Dream Realised’ Housing Drive for 2022.

A release from the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA) said that the exercise was held at the National Stadium, Providence, East Bank Demerara. Minister of Housing and Water,  Collin Croal; Minister within the Ministry of Housing and Water, Susan Rodrigues; Permanent Secretary,  Andre Ally and Chief Executive Officer of the CH&PA,  Sherwyn Greaves were present.

The house lots fall within the Grove Diamond Block-1 Housing Development and were allocated to moderate, middle and high-income citizens. Approximately 300 Land Titles and Transports were also expected to be distributed on Friday.
