A simple larceny accused, Colin Denny, called ‘Malice,’ was granted $100,000 bail on Friday after he denied the charge.

According to the charge, read by Magistrate Leron Daly at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts, on March 18, 2022, at James Street, Albouystown, Georgetown, Denny stole a $275,000 gold chain, which was the property of Vickash Sukhnandan.

The prosecutor had no objection to the granting of bail, only that it be done with the condition that Denny report to the police every Monday until the proceedings are concluded. As a result, bail was granted.

Denny will make his next court appearance on May 13.
