Dear Editor,
It made disappointing reading the state Kingston Seawall was left in following Easter Monday festivities (GT April 20). This was reminiscent of Mash Day festivities a short few years ago. This is an indictment on us as a people. Our mindset has not evolved and kept pace with the level of development taking place which demands a higher level of maturity and responsibility. We can and must do and be better.
