LONDON, CMC – Guyana international Tré Mitford bagged a second-half brace as Gloucester City hit back to win 3-1 at Hereford FC in an English sixth-tier National League North match on Monday.

Jaguar Mitford, a 27-year-old forward, pounced in the 49th and 83rd minutes for Gloucester, who sit 10th in the table.

Attacking Barbados midfielder Hallam Hope earned Oldham Athletic a share of the spoils in a mid-table National League 1-1 draw at York City.

Hope, 28, gave Oldham the lead two minutes after the interval as he completed an impressive team move and the Bajan Trident almost added a second in the 66th minute but was unable to provide the finishing touch to Oscar Threlkeld’s low cross.

The missed chance proved costly for Oldham – relegated to the fifth tier from League Two last season – as Olly Dyson levelled for the Minstermen seven minutes later.

Jamaican forwards Junior Morias and Lamar Reynolds both enjoyed a rewarding day.

Morias, 27, bagged a double to help Dagenham & Redbridge to end Bromley’s three-match winning streak with a resounding 4-1 home victory at the Chigwell Construction Stadium.

Morias was quickly in the thick of the action and was part of a 10th-minute goalmouth scramble that ended in Bromley’s Callum Reynolds steering the ball into his own net.

The dangerous Morias then fired straight at Grenada goalkeeper Reice Charles-Cook before extending the Daggers’ lead when he converted a superb inswinging cross from Ornar Mussa.

Mauro Vilhete made it 3-0 in the 42nd minute and Morias scored again on the hour mark before Michael Cheek netted a 67th-minute consolation penalty for Bromley from the penalty spot.

Dagenham’s Manny Onariase was sent off in the last minute for a second bookable offence.

Reynolds, 27, netted Braintree Town’s third goal on 14 minutes as the visitors demolished Cheshunt 5-0 in the National League South (NLS).

Dominic Poleon, a 28-year-old forward of St Lucian descent, netted a brace in the 17th and 85th minutes to take his tally for the season to five as leaders Ebbsfleet United defeated visitors Dover Athletic 3-0 in the NLS to make it six wins on the spin.
