LONDON, CMC – Guyana international Stephen Duke-McKenna has joined English League Two leaders Leyton Orient from Queens Park Rangers (QPR) on a season-long loan deal.

The 22-year-old Jaguar midfielder, who arrived at QPR from Bolton Wanderers in the summer of 2019 having come through the ranks at Everton, has made four appearances for the Championship side.

He spent time on loan in the fifth-tier National League with Torquay last season and scored three goals in 21 league games.

Duke-McKenna could make his debut for unbeaten Orient against Tranmere Rovers today.

Orient have so far picked up 16 points from their opening six matches, a point clear of Barrow.

Liverpool-born Duke-McKenna made his debut for the Jaguars against French Guiana in a CONCACAF Nations League qualifier in 2018.
