The Guyana Police Force this morning led a massive clean-up exercise along the entire strech of the Kingston Seawall in Georgetown, as part of the national enhancement efforts being spearheaded by President Irfaan Ali.

This morning, Prime Minister Mark Phillips, currently performing the functions of President, joined Acting Police Commissioner Clifton Hicken and his team comprising over 300 Senior and Junior Officers and Ranks in the cleanup exercise.

A statement from the police said that ranks braved the inclement weather and showed up from 5:30 am to participate in this national effort to beautify Guyana and keep the environment clean.
