May I write in support of Hydar Ally’s call for a diplomatic initiative to help end the war in Ukraine? I would suggest, however, that it be an initiative of the IBSA countries: India, Brazil, and South Africa: Africa, Asia and South America, all countries with the requisite impartiality.
