Cricket’s showpiece event, the International Cricket Council’s T20 World Cup extravaganza bowls off today in Australia, hosts and defending champions.
However, Sri Lanka, West Indies and six teams from the 2022 Qualifiers will compete in a round-robin format with the top two teams from each group joining the eight automatic qualifiers in Super 12 stage of the tournament.
