Dear Editor,
I wish to express my gratitude to the Caribbean Examinations Council for an award in 2003 given to me and others. It was a Certificate of Appreciation for Distinguished Service issued on its 30th anniversary in 2003. I was then functioning as an assistant examiner in relation to both basic and general mathematics at the CXC levels.
Had it not been for this gesture, I would not have had a document to remind me that I did serve to merit a “Thank you.”
