Emails addressed to this writer by the NIS bore no reference to previous correspondence

Dear Editor,

It just happened that my visitor was a journalist whose eye happened to have caught the recent nonageneric exchange between the NIS and me. At my request he searched for and located two ‘pages’ one totally empty, the other a form (attached) addressed to the General Manager, National Insurance Scheme as ‘Dear Sir/Madam’ at the bottom of which was ‘Revision Date: October 2019.’

On my insistence the visitor searched and could only repeat the two pages as before. Firstly, there was nothing addressed to this writer. Next, there was no reference to previous correspondence; and certainly no indication as to whom sent the vacuous documentation (whether ‘Publicly’ or otherwise).

Clearly this is a case for a performance evaluation of the Public Relations Unit NIS. The question is: by whom? Invitation is open to investigation at this end where can be found all the previous correspondence from 2020. Then the writer can learn how to complete the mis-directed form?

Sincerely,

(Name and Address Provided)
