On Friday 30th December, Sean Wiltshire, 39, a contractor of lot 151 BB Eccles, East Bank Demerara, was charged with fraudulent conversion.
A release from the police force’s Regional Division #4 `C’ said that he appeared at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Alicia George, where the charge was read to him and he pleaded not guilty and was granted bail of $100,000.
The matter was adjourned for 13th February, 2023.
