Dear Editor,
Two prisoners were able to kick open a van door transporting them and escaped. From accounts it seems no security personnel were at the back of the vehicle with the prisoners. Is this a breach of operational procedures in the transportation of prisoners? Did the perceived absence of security with the prisoners aid and abet the escape of the two? Was this incompetence at the highest level?
