Dear Editor,
The author of the letter ‘Hard to believe that the level of incompetence could rise to the very top of the police force’ ((SN Jan 14), was candid, with detailed examples of bluntness and open and plain frankness, how the two top officers of the force tried unsuccessfully to be artful with episodes of awkward and clumsy responses to probing questions, as they presented evidence to the CoI. If we thought the performance of a certain GECOM official was pathetic, these two officers gave a poignant display of woeful ineptitude and one is left to wonder how they arrived to be at the hierarchy of the GPF?
