From the beginning it seemed mixed-up First it was not so, then it was so, now no further action to be taken From this development, the public perception seems to be exhaustive questioning led to the no further action to be taken in the case called by the complainant. It seems reasonable, a serious allegation is levelled, and then the complainant must expect to be subject to intense grilling and questioning especially when the file is sent back for further investigation. The folding of the complainant has led to all sort of interpretations, speculations and opinions, and the twist in the saga is tainted with unsupported suggestions and innunendoes. The file has to.be returned to the legal authority charged with making a fair, unbiased and transparent determination on the outcome of this development and the way forward.
