Forty-nine-year-old Joylyn Grant, and Nicola Bishop, 45, were granted bail after they appeared yesterday before Senior Magistrate Leron Daly at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court to answer to threatening language charges. Both pleaded not guilty. It is alleged that on June 21, at Hadfield Street, Georgetown, Bishop used threatening language to Grant so as to breach the peace. It is also alleged that on the same day Grant did the same.
Bail was granted in the sum of $10,000 to each defendant. The duo will make their next court appearance on August 28.
